- Manage, monitor and control all day-to-day operations in order to attain business objective of the company - Manage and control warehouse and operation team to deliver materials or goods on time so as to achieve targeted delivery performance and ensure smooth operation - Handle all concerned issues and enquires raised by customers and provide appropriate responses to customers in order to ensure full service satisfaction - Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes - Set and maintain standard of safety and security in the work environment so as to ensure safe and secure operations in the shop floor.
