คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree, MBA or master degree in engineering is preferred • Strong English communication skill in both writing and speaking as the job required constant communications with planning teams in other countries (Minimum TOEIC Score of 800) • Minimum 12 years of working experienced in planning, finance, engineering, or operations in the Oil and Gas industry. • Having good knowledge of, and experience with business planning processes, performance monitoring (including C&E, OPEX, and Reserves), and portfolio assessment. Understands the link between business planning and financial analysis. • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated strong numerate capability, including probabilistic forecasting and basic understanding of economic evaluation. • Understanding of how the planning process (forward looking) ties into the financial and management reporting (backward looking). Ability to use business knowledge to analyze trends and forecast performance. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, VBA, and Access Database • Attention to details and good focus on support and effective communications. Ability to deliver concise, informative and effective presentations and to communicate difficult/sensitive information appropriately. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and multiple high priority tasks concurrently. Consistently meets deadlines in a timely manner. • Enthusiastic, active, eager to learn, team player, continuously look for change for better outcome
