Job Order/ Invoice • Be Responsible for Job Order/ Invoice • Collaborate with other department both Bangkok, Satthahip and Songkhla • Be responsible for, follow up and verify the issuing of invoice of clients both domestics and international client to ensure the accuracy and compliance with contracts • Solve problem and answer questions as well as collaboration with clients • Study information and details of contract and relevant documents that company had made an agreement with clients. Plus, give consult to subordinate Financial • Be responsible for and verify all AR & AP document including ERP record • Be responsible for and follow up payment and receiving of payment in line with credit terms, taxes and other conditions. • Analyse, contact and deal with Financial Institute • Forecast and analyse cash flow including create Financial Planning

• Bachelor or higher Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related fields. • Having experience with tax calculation, finance. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Good in oral and written English skills. • Good in Microsoft office skill. • Able to work under pressure and flexible. • Work independently and self-motivated within the specified mandate. • Ability to meet deadline, self-managed and processes the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy.
