หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Warehouse Coordinator Job Duties: - Stores product by designating storage areas, adjusting storage areas according shipping requirements- Long Term Storage, Import Cargo, Local Consumable, DG, Gas Cylinders, Repair & Return items arear etc. then updating location database by using MS Excel. - Receive shipment from vendor and ensure that the received quantity is matched with DO and PO. - Monitors inventory by completing counts as required. - Can communicate and coordinate with Buyer in BKK office Storekeeper on the Rig by phone and e-mail. - Booking supply boat and coordinate with jetty officer to manage loading and unloading trucks and moving Rig’s Cargo. - Manage and send a request if require extra man power or equipment. - Prepare cargo manifest, forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases. - Ensure that safety practices and policies are followed at all times. Skill Requirement - Can communicate in English, both writing and speaking. - Basic computer knowledge. MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
