Sale coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Support sales team for administrative works and coordinate among departments in all branches depends case by case such as Customer Service, Logistic, Operation, Visa & Immigration, Provision and others depends on service inquiry
• • Responsible for document processing such as quotations, ITB document, qualification questionnaire and etc.
• • Update the quotation status in contract register
• • Create the project summary once project awarded
• • Organizing conference requirements
• • Document & data submission to Accounting & Finance team once quotation is accepted/signed
• • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in related fields. • 3 - 5 years business development experience • Business development experience in the oil & gas industry will be an advantage. • Solid knowledge of sales process and new business development skills. • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. • Note, MS office, PowerPoint, MS project management • Good command in English • Sales-oriented and self-motivated • Good sense in business development
