Senior Product Specialist (เทคนิคการแพทย์)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Achieve the whole year target for products under accountability. 2.Provide customer with information on our products, devices, indications and ensure consistent follow up. 3.Support sales and services. 4.Continually conduct through products training for sales people and ensure that they are equipped with good product knowledge, selling tools and be able to translate these technical facts into buyer’s benefits. 5.Participate in congress, event or symposium to present our products. 6.Conduct internal /external training, event and exhibition. 7.Co-ordinate with repair and service department for the responsible product. 8.Work closely with Sales team and service lab in managing complaints and defects investigation and ensure corrective actions are provided. 9.Monitor consistent visits to key account customers.

• 1.Bachelor degree in Medical Technologist 2.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills 3.Good English language skills required 4.Good teamwork and people skills 5.Good presentation skills
