• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals for housekeeping and security services within the airport sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airport management, airlines, and government authorities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business proposals for management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 7–10 years of proven B2B sales experience in facility services, cleaning, security, or related industries.
• Strong track record of closing large contracts with government bodies, airports, or major corporations.
• Excellent networking and negotiation skills at C-level.
• Strategic thinker with ability to design and execute long-term sales plans.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a sales team.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive environment.
• Fluent in Thai and English (both spoken and written).
