คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p><b>Qualification</b></p> <ul> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Degree&nbsp; holder with 5 years&rsquo; of relevant working experience in Telco related industry</li> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Cisco Certified Network Associate or practical experience.</li> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Knowledge of OSPF, MPLS, IPVPN, BGP protocols (with practical experience),</li> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Knowledge of Internet network and system related services (with practical experience),</li> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Must have worked in a Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Telco related company with at least one year working experience,</li> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Functional knowledge of Layer 1 Telco equipment (switching devices, NTU, MUX),</li> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Responsible and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task</li> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Able to work under pressure</li> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Must have excellent English communication skills both written &amp; oral with a neutralized accent</li> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Excellent Customer relationship skills (example managing conference calls, etc)</li> <li style="margin-left: 18pt;">Flexibility to manage technical issues 24 X 7</li> </ul> <p><b>Additional Requirements:</b></p> <ol> <li>Excellent problem solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Solution focused &ndash; takes ownership of issues and explores all avenues to ensure positive result</li> <li>Good decision maker</li> </ol>
