RF Engineer/Technical & Solution Support Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle RF design/walk test/optimization documentation and report
• Provide guidance to outsource company for design to meet KPI
• Coordinate with mobile operators for node B parameter adjustment/statistic analytic
• Analyze RF walk test result and come up with the solution to solve the problem
• Together with Site supervisor/subcontractor team to handle PIM test/VSWR test/Interference test and other test related to IRDN/IBC network
• To handle SAT/PAT/FAT report and submit to meet the committed project schedule
• Responsible for all assignments to meet the committed project schedule
• Work closely with suppliers for technical and product support and provide product trouble shooting solution
• Handle product testing to meet spec as per TOR before delivery to customer
• Provide technical problem analysis and trouble shooting solution
• Responsible for all assignments to meet the committed project schedule

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Hands-on experiences in Telco field especially IBC project
• At least 3-7 years experiences in Telco/mobile field
• Strong in technical background in RF design and RF optimization
• Having knowledge in main vendor equipment e.g. Huawei/Ericsson/ZTE
• Capability to use test tools e.g. NEMO/Azenqoz/TEMS
• Strong technical background in mobile network/IBC network
• Having English language skills
• Having RF product technical support background both active and passive product
