• 1) Supervise and coordinate project 2) Quantity Survey 3) Estimation & Prepare business proposal 4) Quality Assurance and Quality control 5) Shop drawing Preparation 6) Manage all constructive operations on site

• <p>Job requirement :<br> 1)&nbsp;Minimum Bachelor degree of science in related course.<br> 2)&nbsp;Minimum 3 years experience.<br> 3)&nbsp;Age : Over than 28<br> 4)&nbsp;Motivated and talented individual who is able to effectively communicate in Thai and English.<br> 5)&nbsp;Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Thai.<br> 6)&nbsp;Self starter, Proactive, Ability to learn and result oriented.<br> 7)&nbsp;Strong leadership and management skills, systematic &amp; logical thinking; detail focus.<br> 8)&nbsp;Familiar with multinational working environment.<br> 9)&nbsp;Strong analytical and problem solving skills.<br> 10)&nbsp;Ability to work independently and under pressure.<br> 11)&nbsp;Ability to work well in team environment and able to express accuracy, attention to detail.<br> 12)&nbsp;Able to create accurate, clear plans and detailed drawings that are based on information provided by engineers and customers.<br> 13)&nbsp;Proficient with Autocad<br> 14)&nbsp;Maintain and sort out current and future drawing files.<br> 15)&nbsp;Responsible for other duties as assigned.<br> 16)&nbsp;Computer skills :<br> -&nbsp;Microsoft word<br> -&nbsp;Microsoft Excel<br> -&nbsp;Microsoft Project<br> -&nbsp;Power point<br> -&nbsp;Photoshop<br> -&nbsp;Autocad, Revit, Sketchup<br> -&nbsp;Primaver</p> <p><br> Location: All over the Thailand as per a needs of company<br> Job type: Full time permanent after pass the 2 months of the intern period.</p> <p>COVER LETTER ;<br> -&nbsp;Job application, Resume (in English with a photo)<br> -&nbsp;Job history and experience<br> -&nbsp;Letter of recommendation by a project owner or contractor whom candidates joined last.<br> -&nbsp;Latest Medical certification (not more than 3 months to the date of application)<br> -&nbsp;Copies of the diplomas related.</p>
