Training Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description • Plans and assists conducting new hire orientation programs. • Designing and expanding training program based on the needs of the organization and the individual • Coordinate and liaises with external consultants on staff’s training needs and arrange training schedules for staff. • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program by obtaining feedback from staffs • Record all training completed • Arrange the scheduling of training sessions and booking/notifying all relevant parties • Taking responsibility for ensuring all training rooms/venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and other. • Keeping data of training supplies and training materials up to date • Control training expense not exceed budget • Duty as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HRD or Organization Development or related fields • Experience in initiate KPIs, Competency, or Succession Plan are advantage • Strong organizations skill • Operate effectively in stressful situations • Proficient using Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Able to effectively time manage and meeting deadline • Ability to multi-task • Experience in Food Service Industry is a plus • Good Communication Skill with Excellence Interpersonal Skills • Can coordinate with various education background operators
