Club General Manager for O2 Fitness

• GENERAL MISSION: • The reports to the Managing Director and must manage Fitness, Sales, and Guest Service teams. • The O2 Fitness Rama II Club General Manager is in charge of all activities for the O2 Fitness Rama II location. • Must have good coordination skills and be able to work with other functions including Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Human Resources, and Accounting. FITNESS RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure Personal Training and Group Exercise programs are run smoothly and with professionalism. • Ensure periodic training program is implemented and run effectively within the club. • Manage scheduling and personnel planning for Personal Training and Group Exercise teams. SALES RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead, manage and motivate an effective team of sales professionals to achieve budgeted sales. • Establish effective associates’ relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all members & guest, clients, heads of department and associates. • Report on competitive activities (prices, services offered on a regular basis). • Monitor and review sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities in order to achieve plan goals. • Representative of the O2 Fitness of the main duties is to socialize with membership and residence guest by using every opportunity. • To be present in the O2 Fitness during the promotion time, to play this "Sales & Marketing" Role. • Assist in decision making on developing business plan to achieve the objectives and budget. • Work with Sales & Marketing to develop a marketing plan that identifies market niche and segments and defines a tactical plan to penetrate and capture market share. • Monitor and review sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities in order to achieve plan goals. • Handles membership complaints by following instant pacification procedures ensuring guest satisfaction. • Assist Sales & Marketing in Weekly / Monthly Reports on Market Condition, Forecast and Competitors Set. GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES • Coach and mentor all associates. • Make suggestions to Management in reference to improvement of general operation, cost control and profitability. • Assist in drawing up marketing plan annually with Sales & Marketing Manager. • The Club Manager must familiarize themselves with the operation and application of the O2 Fitness's computer / data processing system. • Analyzes manpower requirement and recommends selection activities to meet the club requirement.

• • Thai Nationality. • Has at least 5-years Sales, Operations, and/or Management Experience in Hotel or Service Industries. • Good in English communications. • Mature and able to work under pressure. • Confident enough to handle all functions in club (Sales, Fitness, and Guest Service).
