• Manages the Park Village Residence’s overall operation through maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining associates and exceeding guest expectations. • Manages all sources of revenue including the rooms, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and other departments. Ensures all departments are profitable and maintain strong working relationships. • Providing leadership and direction to the property; developing and implementing property-wide strategies and initiatives; and the financial and operational performance of the property including budget, forecasts, revenue management, brand standards, guest service, facilities maintenance and associates engagement. • Produces monthly financial reports and knows at all times where the Park Village Residence stands against budget. • Creating, analyzing and planning sales strategies to achieve their sales target • Implementing and setting up sales targets, Managing sales and distribution channels • Identifying areas for cost reduction or profit improvement • Driving compliance to the Park Village policies and procedures

·         Experience : Minimum 12 - 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry or managing hotel/residence ·         5 years of senior management experience in an up market environment. ·         Management of 4/5 star hotel/resort with F&B and Conference. ·         Strong leadership skills. ·         Planning and organizational ability. ·         Customer and Computer skills. ·         Be good at management and Teamwork ·         Have strong abilities of communication, planning, decision making and comprehensive judgment
