หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Establish and Mange a schedule for maintenance and routine checks of all systems • Set up check list report and manage a daily staff meeting • Training and test to staff control every month • Set up stock control for lighting spare part, electricity spare part, mechanical spare part etc.- • Set up a schedule for controlling all of systems such as.- o Air-conditioning System o Emergency Generator and Emergency Lights o Fire Pump, Fire Alarm System, Fire Hose Cabinets, and Fire Sprinkler System o All water pumps and Wastewater Treatment System o Elevator System o Telephone, Internet, and CATV Systems o Close circuit Television • To perform research on how to improve business operations • To handle all building systems and set up service team to plan and execute Daily, Monthly and Yearly maintenance activities. • To ensure all safety repairs are done promptly and to adequately trained associates in the case of a fire and perform a Fire safety Training Course a least 2 times per year. • To develop and implement corrective and Preventive Maintenance system • To research ways to save electricity and water usage • To perform maintenance tasks in the event that staff or contractors are not available
