หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To hold responsibility for the time sheets and schedules. • To ensure that the GM and the Chef are given the guest comment cards • To recommend menu items and beverages to guests, as well as taking guests orders. • To converse with guests to maintain a good relationship as well as extending a personal touch. • To carry out any other duties when requested by the General Manager. • To hold responsibility for the monthly scheduling, days off and individual scheduling of stations in the restaurant. • To ensure efficient management and supervisory scheduling. • To help identify candidates for the next restaurant manager. • Ensure that food items taken from the kitchen are delivered to the proper guest with food acknowledgement • Ensure that food and drink items are delivered to the guests at the same time. • To represent the restaurant for all day to day operational needs • To oversee the Restaurant Supervisor with the training of the restaurant servers. • To coordinate and oversee new cocktail tasting sessions and wine tasting sessions with the Bar Supervisor & Bartender • To hold responsibilities with changes in drink items as needed POS changes, and drink menu changes. • To develop plans and actions on a quarterly basis for the bar and to follow up. • To help develop supervisor training plans on a quarterly basis in conjunction with personnel and to follow up. • To be responsible for the execution of all associate reviews and appraisals in a professional and Timely manner. • In conjunction with the General Manager, to be responsible for all aspects of Associate Management including hiring and termination. • To train associates, supervise, coach and counsel. • Promote interdepartmental relations through candid communication channels.
