• Prepare and assemble all documents as necessary for imports and exports. • Handle with export & import trade settlement, such as T/T, L/C, T/R documentations • Coordinate with suppliers, shipping company, freight forwarder, and bank • Obtain freight quotation and/or import licenses when necessary • Ensure that shipments will be on schedule as needed • Handle claims with insurance company • Handle import duty drawback • Responsible for cost calculation and expense management • All other duties that are assigned by manager

• Age 30 - 40 years, Thai nationality only • Bachelor’s Degree in English, International Business, or any related fields • At least 5-8 years experiences in Import-Export and Custom Clearance • Having knowledge in L/C , shipping procedures and processing shipping documents • Having Knowledge in obtaining License Per Invoice (LPI) through NSW system • Able to work with multi tasks simultaneously and under pressure to meet demanding deadline • Detail-oriented, follow up skills, organized and able to prioritize tasks • Strong interpersonal skills, decision making and problem-solving skills • Good command of English, Chinese is a plus • Computer literacy • Experience in food industry is a plus
