หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Sourcing & Screening Overseas Recruitment Channels and Sourcing as well as building the employer of choice brand Expand candidate sourcing channels in order to collect pool of potential candidates available for current and future need Screening application forms and short listing applicants Conduct all recruitment activities for candidates based on assignments Interview and selecting right and qualified candidates to join the company and support the business growth Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, personality questionnaires and various group activities Administrative Responsible for all concerned recruitment tasks or administrative to meet quality and time line Ensure job descriptions and person specifications are up to date Ensure proper processes & forms have been followed and completed during the recruitment and selection Preparing other recruitment material depending on the type of job requirements Produce and monitor vacancy report, new hire report, and any other necessary reports related to recruitment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in any field At least 3 years' experience in Recruitment function Flexible person, Good communication skill
