Financial & Accounting Manager/ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability, and provide timely reports to the management team.
• • Being responsible for transaction processing for GL, AP, AR and project management accounting.
• • Liaising with Tax and Accounting auditors regarding year end audits.
• • Conducting the reconciliation of fixed assets, AP and accruals and other related accounts as assigned.
• • Encourage and adopt policies and strategies to finance and accounting works.
• • Balance Sheet reconciliation.
• • Perform Actual and Forecast cash flow statement.
• • Performing various ad hoc projects upon request.
• • Perform month end and year end closing.
• • Ensure all process that are conducted without fraud and develop a protection plan against fraud.
• • Managing the team's tasks to complete with the commitment and develop the team members’ skills.
• • Supervise the development and maintenance of current reporting systems
• • Able to analyze and suggest proper accounting methods, policies, principles, and tools
• • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of finance and accounting operations
• • Coaching and Supervise the Accounting team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance, Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• • CPA or Chartered Accountant is a plus (CPD required)
• • Experience with financial consolidation and reporting process
• • 7 years of accounting experience • Knowledge of Tax and Thai Accounting Standards
• • Able to analyze and close Balance Sheet and financial statements , including coordinating with external auditing units.
