Accounting and Finance Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Develops and controls accounting policies and practices. - Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting to Management Committee and OIC. - Review procedures and requirements with respect to both the statutory external and internal audit to ensure completeness and quality of audits. This includes review of schedule of work performed. Also ensure review of audit findings and recommendations, and then do a follow up to improve and enhance internal controls. - Develops and maintains a system of management and accounting reporting consistent with the needs of local statutory. - Keep an active record of Bank Accounts, authorized signatures, approved cash levels and operating funds on file. - Financial, Budgeting and Expense Management. - Ensures that the process is in compliance with local regulatory authorities such as OIC. - Prepare half year, annual estimates / refreshes of plans, budget, resources, and vendor management. - Manage dashboard reporting including status reporting, budget / resource tracking, delivery issues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least Bachelor of Accountancy, or related fields - Good understanding of IFRS 17 or other accounting standards - Relevant complex IFRS implementation i.e. IAS 39 or IFRS 9 experience - Have a comprehensive knowledge and strong background in all relating to accounting and finance professional, Taxation, respective regulators’ regulations and new announcements, IT, Treasury, Investments, Reinsurance accounting and Budgeting. - Have a board experience in insurance industry, life insurance products.
