Desktop, System and Network Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Implement, configure, operate, maintain and troubleshoot varieties of IT infrastructures including PC, Desktop, Network (WAN, LAN), Server, AD, Wireless, Virtualization, Antivirus, Backup, E-mail, Security (Firewall, IPS, etc) and Cloud. • Manage Projects as project manager & Coordinate with related parties. • Able to document process and procedures related to systems administration, update user's manuals and technical manuals as necessary. • Service minded with excellent communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn with multi-tasking skills.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering&Science;, Telecommunicatiion or other related fields. -5 years experiences at least in Desktop, Network and System designing, supporting or implement. -Knowledge in networking&security;, VM, AD, Server and system equipment, OS (Windows, Linux). -Knowledge in API gateway will be advantage. -Knowledge in ITIL will be advantage.
