Export Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Support all details about the processing of export to customer and contact to network 2. Manage relationships with overseas agent/brokers/customers/sales department & customers service 3. Follow up & assign all new jobs to each staff 4. Staff management + Follow up and assign all new jobs to each staff that handle and follow up as per instruction 5. Ensure the implementation of an efficient system of planning, directing and coordinating of all sea freight shipment in overseas 6. Evaluate and select the sea freight agent based on cost and on time delivery goals and in coordination with the freight officer. 7. Maintain carrier contacts and negotiations of ocean freight and in line with company policies and procedures ans coordination with freight officer. 8. Solve problem job in team (Including Meeting) 9. Check the accuracy of job when close file 10. Check invoice from overseas and suppliers 11. Coordinate with all parties concerned including shipping, document section etc. in order to make the successful shipment to the customer. 12. Follow up the payment to make sure that all transaction is paid according to term and condition as per agreement. 13. Ensure the business operations run smoothly 14. Do other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Thai Nationality , Age 38 years old up 2. Bachelor's degree in Shipping , Logistics or any relevant field 3. Minimum 3-5 years experiences in Logistics industry of freight forwarding 4. Good organizational & communication skills 5. Must be a hard worker , be high responsive and operates with high sense of urgency 6. Strong self-motivated in managing and monitoring daily operation team 7. Good organization and teamwork skills (Coordinate with the corporate team) 8. To be able to work under pressure & meet deadline efficiently 9. Decision making , delegation & leadership 10. Good command of English
