Retail Merchandiser

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To oversee merchandising strategies while keeping constant coordination with the major department: Design, Productions, Logistic, VM and Sales Teams Job Responsibilites: • Process master linesheet for SRETSIS and Little Sister from pricing, production details to size break down • Perform Master Order activities and key assortments by sales channels • Elaborate a detailed market analysis over price positioning, competitors’ activities, past collection performance • Coordinate buying process to properly final reviews with Management Team • Submit Master Order to Productions • Closely work with Inventory/Logistic Team on Merchandising Planning • Work with VM and Communication team to make sure the content aligned with shipment planning • Regular Monitor Sales Performance and try to maximize sales • Handle monthly inventory/merchandising transfer among stores in order to boost the sales • Plan and adjust Pricing on Pre-Sales and End of Season Sales • Provide End of Collection Report and Analysis

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • BA in Accounting, Marketing or any related field • 4-5 years of working experience in buying, merchandising • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills • Great command of Microsoft office: Excel, Google Workspace • Interest in Fashion and grown-up fantasy • Great command of English • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a mindful attitude
