Quality Control Supervisor (Raw Material)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• QC of raw material in commercial batches /QC of manufacturing product and/or semi-finished product to meet delivery target.
• Organize testing plan of product and coordinate with relevant department
• Organize stability testing of product within schedule time and meet requirement.
• Responsible in analytical method validation of raw material/responsible in validation such as: cleaning, process, method validation etc.
• Enforces company policies: training, GMP, GLP, Safety and personnel discipline.
• Provide physical and chemical testing on all raw materials and working standard as per material specifications.
• Assign testing schedule to all reported analyst to provide testing within prescribed lead time or specified target date as target requirement.
• Directly supervise technician and analysts on raw material sampling and testing.
• Prepare and revise raw material specifications to be according to latest monographs and compare raw material specification according to new source/new raw material.
• Verify correctness of data in raw material reports and investigate any abnormalities (if any) and report immediately.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Science
• Have 3+ years experiences in QC function in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Have supervisor or management skill will be an advantage
• Good analytical, management, organization and good priority skills
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน QC Raw Material และ Monograph
• มีความสามารถในการกำกับดูแลและบริหารทีมงาน (People Management)
• มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้านระบบคุณภาพและข้อกำหนดมาตรฐาน เช่น GMP, GLP, PIC/S, ISO 9001
• มีทักษะด้านการตรวจสอบข้อมูลและการสอบสวนความผิดปกติ (OOS / Non-conformance)
• มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์และการสอบเทียบ (Instrument & Calibration)
