1.Updated address so that the statement can be reached to customers. Also, other tasks would support Migration such as to review the application/ material. 2.Create a program to encourage customers to respond on new / updated address. 3.Create a process to take the instruction from customers. 4.Work with related team to make this action having high success rate. 5.Follow up with non-responses to try to convince them to participate. 6.Preparing the revised application/ approval letter that we need to add some Terms & Conditions 7.Working on Payment QR code to provide convenient to customers
