หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Track Insurance Policy and Appraisal Report 2.Monitor the expiry of SBLC and prepare notification letter to remind the customer for the renewal of SBLC 3.Scan the incoming documents and/or agreements into documentation system. And perform name screening of authorized persons of Channel Finance Program and Receivable Finance Program 4.Scan S&A and FX POA into documentation system and share point 5.Perform name search for authorized persons of credit customers. Scan all documentation into documentation system for credit customer. Maintain all documentation update upload in documentation systems and provide to business upon request 6.Perform documentation annual review for credit customer

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Proficient in Excel 2.Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields 3.1-2 years of accounting or finance experience 4.Excellent attention to detail and good accuracy skills 5.Good English communication skills both verbal and written
