• Communicate with foreign customers via e-mail and chat daily basis in English. • Oversee product launches, marketing campaigns and other customer interactions. • Take care of all customers’ needs relating to orders, returns and backorders. • Maintain text and inventory on website. • Support export department. • Work close with foreign management in English.
