Responsible

• Assist in researching potential customers in target industries, especially industrial sectors
• Help build and update a database of prospective clients, including basic company information and contact details.
• Assist in creating basic content for promotional materials, such as simple social media posts, or email templates, under the guidance of the marketing team.
• Help track campaign results by collecting basic data and preparing summarized observations for the team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team during brainstorming sessions and assist in drafting short captions or headlines for posts.
• Contact potential customers to gather information or confirm contact details, using a provided script.
• Categorize leads (e.g., high potential, low potential) based on research or interactions.
• Participate in follow-up calls or email responses under supervision to enhance communication skills.
• Share ideas and observations from cold-calling and research to improve outreach strategies.
• Compile and present research findings, campaign results, and customer data using visualization tools such as Excel charts, Google Data Studio, or Power BI. (Candidates with skills in data visualization tools will be given special consideration)
• Assist with small administrative tasks, such as organizing files, preparing meeting materials, or taking notes during team meetings.
• Support internal communication and help coordinate schedules or meetings for the team.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Top universities will be given special consideration)
• Strong interest in business development and marketing.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to interact with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Excel charts, or Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a supportive environment.
