Telesales Non-Motor Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Leading a sale team to achieve sale on monthly and yearly sale target.
• Manage the day-to-day production, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components, standards and targets
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Responsible for motivating and advising their telesales to improve their performance
• Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff
• To provide the sale summaries with presentation on Monthly Basic.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience as Telesales Manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in sale & market or other relate field.
• Direct experience on minimum 10 years of Telesales Manager
• Required age of candidate 35 – 45 years old.
