หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Contributing the customer requirement and clarifying precisely the solution meet and turn it to implementations specifications.
• Developing “out – of the – box” software and creation values-added on our own solution which appropriate.
• It is necessary to protect and reduce any damage which may happen to customer, vendor and partner shall do something to protect and reduce any damage. It is also the duty to act in any emergency case, then report to the in-charge immediately.
• Implement and customize AVAYA contact center & Telephony.
• Preventive Maintenance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai Nationality / Male and Female. **Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.**
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any field preferably in IT.
• 0 - 5 years working experience in windows application development and understand UNIX command.
• Experience in Web Application development (front end).
• Experience with Web technologies including JavaScript/Ajax, CSS, JSON, jQuery, HTML5, frameworks such as JQuery and Bootstrap.
• Strong Experience with an RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, etc) and working with data formats like XML.
• Strong problem solving, web application debugging and troubleshooting skills using latest tools a must.
• Multi-tasking with good follow through skills, good communication skills.
• Knowledge and passionate about product and user experience.
• Basic Knowledge Telephony System.
• Basic Knowledge Server (Linux, Windows), Networking and Microsoft Dynamic 365.
