Handle incoming case via Live Chat, Click to Call, VIVR both service inquiries, complaints/problem as well as identify, escalate and own service, process and systems improvement Support Call Back for Digital Bank enquiries, complains resolution Support Department’s activity and project assignments

• Passionately to fact finding and KYC customers, in order to present the right product solutions according to the customers’ needs • Promote and provide advisory of Bank Investment and Insurance products for customers, including tailor-made investment solutions • Effectively formulate sales planning and development to promote Bank products • Establish to acquire new customers to receive full range of wealth management products and services • Prepare weekly/monthly sales report and progress of existing and new customers Professionally preserve bank image to provide quality service to customers

Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions. Informing customers about bank products and services.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high net worth individuals/families. Provide financial advice and create customized wealth management plans based on clients’ needs. Promote and cross sell of all banking products to clients such as deposits, loans, investments, insurance, credit cards etc. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to client advisory services. Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments to enhance product offerings and client experiences. Participate in training programs to improve knowledge and skills in client advisory services.
