• Handle inbound/outbound call related to card and banking calls except unauthorized financial transactions
• Ensuring nil customer negative feedback or complaint
• Follow-up case and ensure that response to customer in efficient and accurate within SLA
• Strong team working ability in shift assignment to meet department
• Outbound call related to product/application/function and marketing campaign
• Support team to answer enquiries from customers
