PFS Project Management & Process Improvement (Manager - AVP)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To work with related work streams to ensure continuous project process & system improvement. • Control project timeline, monitor project improvement and identify appropriate re-solutions to meet Rules & Regulations and business requirements. • Proactively support each BU to achieve their business goals and objectives. • Manage project with regard to compliances, operation function and risk management. • Participate in each development phase to help all parties understand implications and requirements on process, technology, resources, risk mitigation and security standards. • Responsible regarding to ad hoc/ new assignments. • Co-ordinate to get proper resolution on post implementation for all projects, both internal and cross units. • Streamline the work flow to reduce the redundancy, cost and time consume.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields. • Minimum 5 years in Retail Banking experiences. • Strong Project & Process Improvement skills. • Strong Backgrounds in consumer products e.g. Secured & Unsecured and Wealth Products. • Strong Backgrounds in retail banking operation. • Good presentation, people management and negotiation skills.
