หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies in order to deliver volume, share and profit targets as specified. •Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, online platforms and event to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands •Monitor, analyze product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas and liaise with other areas of the organization such as RD, Purchasing, Sourcing and Graphic department •Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalog, websites, brochures, packaging and in-store displays.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Female •Bachelor / Master Degree in Business Administration. •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand/product management. Experience in personal care products will be an advantage. •Good English communication skills (written and spoken) •Strategic thinking, results-oriented and dynamic. •Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. •A team player with strong inter-personal skills “Can do” attitude •Driven and self-motivated •Able to work under pressure
