Locum Nurse (Contractor)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direct supervision of the Medical Officer, the Locum Nurse will: 1. Assist the Medical Officer in all aspects of occupational health and clinical services to clientele of the Medical Service. 2. Provide primary care and referrals for clientele making clinic visits. 3. Administer medications and vaccinations. 4. Assist the Medical Officer in administering physical examinations, electrocardiograms, vital sign checks and other related examinations. 5. Offer guidance to clients on occupational and travel health matters. 6. Provides emergency care and life support in emergency situations. 7. Presents briefings on health and well-being topics to groups of staff.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p> <ol> <li>University degree in nursing, medicine, occupational health, public health or related field.</li> <li>Nursing certification (e.g., Registered Nurse, License Practical Nurse, or other relevant certificate)</li> <li>Seven years experience as a clinical nurse or nurse practitioner.</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills required.</li> <li>Experience with IT tools required, including use of standard Microsoft applications.</li> <li>Knowledge of Lotus Notes and electronic clinical database systems is an advantage.</li> <li>Prior experience with the UN or other diverse multi-cultural, multilingual organization desirable</li> <li>Fluency in oral and written English is required; knowledge of Thai is an advantage.</li> </ol>
