หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Plan and implement strategy for HR management including policy and practices 2. Design, implement and oversee talent acquisition, recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain skilled employees 3. Design, implement and oversee effective onboarding, training and development programs that enhance employee skills, engagement and career advancement 4. Design, implement and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate and retain skilled employees 5. Liaise with other functional head to understand all required HR strategies, action and ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives purpose and achievement to be accordance with company objective & target 6. Providing HR data and analytics needed to support the business decisions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related fields 2. Minimum of 10 years of experiences in Human Resources and at least 3 years of experiences in management level 3. Proactive attitude with proven ability to execute HR strategies/policies 4. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills 5. Detail oriented, highly organized and self-motivated 6. Insight all of HR functions and have knowledge about labor laws and other related laws 7. Communication well in English
