หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: 1.Take care of all leasing activities for office building and retail. 2.Acquire the new potential tenant partners for outlet and offer leasing space by negotiating pricing and closing the deal 3.Manage all sale activities and renewals to achieve sale target 4.Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenant partners for a constant focus on enhancing the tenancy mix and proactively pursuing best practices 5.Build and maintain effective relationships with tenant partners and distributors 6.Work closely with Building management team and accounting team. 7.Coordinate with suppliers or a broker in renting space in accordance with the company's policy 8.Prepare documents regarding contracts, letters, proposals, and summaries in detail and comprehensively. Both Thai and English 9..Participate in creating leasing strategy together with the team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields 2.Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Retail leasing, sales or business development 3.Good communication in English 4.Experience working in Office building or commercial retail required 5.Strong negotiation skill and driven to achieve business goal 6.Strong interpersonal skills being able to build long-term relationship and trust with partners 7.Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong focus on delivering results 8.Passion for fashion retail and good understanding of consumer trends
