System Analyst - Payment Solutions

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Gather and analyze user requirements, business processes, and system objectives. 2. Design, develop, and document system specifications, including workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and use cases. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring the successful implementation of robust and efficient systems. 4. Provide technical guidance and support to to meet the target timeline. 5. Perform system testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best-practice in e-payment systems. 7. Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related fields 2. Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the e-payment industry 3. Strong knowledge of system analysis methodologies, tools and techniques 4. Proficiency in system design, data modeling and documentation 5. Familiarity with e-payment technologies, standards, and protocols 6. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles 7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities 9. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
