Human Resources Information System Specialist(HRIS officer - Specialist)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Support prforms a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) fucntions ensuring data integrity,the processing and reporting of HR data. - Incumbents work independently under general direction. - Handles technical problems and non - routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines,procedures,policies,and practicesPreparing reports,statistice and preentation in support of human resources operations,such as Merit Increment,Bonus,Management Report And Org Chart. -Conducting HR data analysis,such as compensation,classification,employment,and/or benefits and providing advice to management. - Ensuring accuracy of all data entered and maintaining data in HRIS systems and databess and information aavailability on a timely basis. -Performing group sata update ,export,import,clean-up,and research/report on any data discrepancies. - providing administrative support such as preparing and composing confidential correspondence. - Monotor and update HR database system. - Record and update employees profiles into HR database.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>- Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Computer Science or Human Resources Management.</p> <p>- At least 2 years of experience in Information System or HRIS filled.</p> <p>- Competent in data management skills.</p> <p>- Knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts.</p> <p>- Good command of English.</p>
