หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Primarily responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of the base of DOCOMO interTouch Broadband Solutions High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) and associated collocation point of presence equipment. Work closely with Operations Team and NOC in troubleshooting and resolving field issues. Facilitates communication between the External Technical Operations Department and Global NOC. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Systems Administration, internal support, documentation, and production systems maintenance. Some key tasks and responsibilities follow : Configure and maintain servers, operating systems, databases, alarm thresholds, alerting, and network infrastructure to support systems, in production and lab environments. Responsible for identification, isolation, correlation, impact definition, and prioritization of field issues. Works with internal groups to identify and deploy resolutions for large scale issues. Review and provide feedback on new technical documentation.
