IT Application Project

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing IT projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing systems. • Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development project. • Investigate application functionality related issues, assign and follow up with technical team. • Provide first level support and troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements. • Co-ordinate between Business user and Group technical team. • Analysis, provide consultation and support business users of application, reports and other technology. • Maintain existing application , and reports system • User Training and UAT of problem corrections and system enhancements. • Implement configuration updates or changes via change management process. • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Age not over 40 years old • Bachelor in IT or related field. • Good knowledge of ERP (Oracle or Microsoft Navision). • Good knowledge in Business Intelligent. • Technical experience with database, application development, and ERP implementation (Oracle or Microsoft Navision will be advantage). • Strong technical background in SQL skill SQL server 2008 or later, oracle 9i, 10g or later. • Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize , meet deadlines , and manage changing priorities • Be able to traveling and working in upcountry
