หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee day-to-day and expand relationships with distributors, agents, and key retail partners in North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Contribute marketing and sales/ promotion ideas for traditional wholesale channels. Analyze results to measure effectiveness and improve future efforts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
• Provide B2B insights and assist online (B2C) team in successful seasonal launches and promotions.
• Provide customer’s feedback with regards to design trends and sales movement activities to design department and production department.
• Report regularly on sales performance, budgets, and market opportunities to senior management.
• Represent ZSISKA at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and secure new business.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in international B2B and basic knowledge in B2C sales and marketing, ideally within fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor/agent networks.
• Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent command of the English language. Other languages are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Willingness to relocate to Cha-am (Hua Hin).
• Open to expatriate candidates; full support for visa and work permit arrangements will be provided.
