Operation Assistant Job Description: 1. Assist Operation Supervisors in training new staffs, including on field training and SOP document translation; 2. Assist Operation Supervisors in On Job Training (OJT) projects, including on field training and SOP document translation; 3. Organize and analyze the daily and monthly reports, including sales, training, store evaluation, etc; 4. Attend weekly operation meeting and summarize the meeting minutes; 5. Daily operations and management; 6. Assist Operation Supervisors in other missions. Assistant Operations Manager Job Description: 1. In charge of daily operations of Operations units, including full responsibility of profit and loss of the stores. 2. Assist Operation Managers in training new staffs, including on field training and SOP document translation; 3. Assist Operation Managers in On Job Training (OJT) projects, including on field training and SOP document translation; 4. Organize and analyze the daily and monthly reports, including sales, training, store evaluation, etc; 5. Attend weekly operation meeting and summarize the meeting minutes; 6. Communicate the strategies and policies with the business units between Taiwan and Thailand. - Assist Operation Managers in Cross-Function projects, including Marketing, Construction, Business developing, etc.; - Execute other missions which are assigned by Operation Managers.

Operation Assistant Qualities: 1.)Fluent in Mandarin and Thai language, including listen, speak, read, and writing. 2.Interested in International Chain Store Business 3.Willing to attend professional training programs of Operations and Training Skill 4.Passion, Detail-oriented, Patience, Open-mind, Teamwork and Communication skill  5.Work experiences: 0~3 years  6. Under 25 years old    7.Bachelor degree is a plus   Assistant Operations Manager Qualities: 1.Bachelor Degree or above; 2.Fluent in Mandarin and Thai language, including listen, speak, read, and writing; 3.Interested in International Chain Store Business, related experience is a plus; 4.Willing to attend professional training programs of Operations and Training Skill; 5.Passion, Detail-oriented, Patience, Open-mind, and Good Teamwork Spirit 6.Strong Communication skills and problem solving skills 7.Work experiences: 1~5years  8 .Age: Under 30 years old
