Job Description :-

- Provides and ensures direct & indirect customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash point in order to maximize sales.
- Executes and follows up on recruiting, training, developing and assessing sales advisors along with the store management team.
- Organizes and plans the department according to business needs. Follows and ensures safely, security and administration procedures are followed by others.
