Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Prepare annual sales & marketing plans, forecasts, budgets for promotions, etc., for the achievement of the company’s product sales objectives and targets. This includes preparation of marketing models / approaches, sales promotions / activities, advertisements. -Develop marketing campaign, promotion, advertising product - Strengthen brand awareness. -Plan, implement and evaluate the advertising& brand activation both ATL (online & offline) and BTL activities and ensure the achievement of business target. -Responsible for marketing strategy & planning, operation, analysis against cost control standards and achieve target KPI. -Oversee CRM and develop loyalty program.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field, MBA is a plus. -At least 3 years of experience in marketing in FMCG company (beauty/ skin care is a plus) -Strategic thinking, creativity, problem solving and strong leadership with good interpersonal. -Resilient and able to work under pressure & business dynamic. -Skills Good communication and negotiation. -Skills Good command in written and spoken in English. -Good computer literacy in MS Office.
