1.Responsible for overlooking the general management of production of assigned production lines. 2. Plan for prooduction schedule and ensure adequate and proper staffing for assigned production lines. 3. Ensure efficiency in production and output yields in the assigned production lines. 4. Ensure adequate raw materials for production based on plans. 5. Overlook subordinates under assigned production lines and maintain proper staffing ratio and responsible for OJT the staff. 6. Continuously improve production processes to have better yield, reduce waste , reduce turn over, reduce complexity, and ensure quality in the process. 7. Perform work based on ISO/GMP/HACCP and other required standards and coordinate with other departments to ensure highest performance in accordance to standards or recommend new standards. 8. Overlook maintenance of equipments and facility to meet requirements set by the company on 5S, FDA, GMP
