R&D Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Identify market's demand and find opportunity to increase company profit. 2. Create new product idea which related market's demand. 3. Perform Product Analysis to study product cycle and financial benefits. 4. Responsible for support technical information to sale team and customer. 5. Develop new product and improve existing products to enhance quality, reduce costs, and eases operation. 6. Source and coordinate with suppliers on specifications and requirements of materials, ingredients, products. 7. Perform costing and pricing for new and existing products. Update and maintain food and beverage costs. 8. Test materials, ingredients and products and keep records. 9. Prepare related documents for products and materials such as manuals, specifications, and memos. 10. Maintain ISO documents for Research & Development Department.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>Qualifications :</p> <p>1.&nbsp;Bachelor degree in Food Science or related fields.&nbsp;</p> <p>2.&nbsp;Good Communication skill and computer skill</p> <p>3.&nbsp;Good analytical skill is a plus.</p> <p>4.&nbsp;Have bakery background is a plus.</p>
