Job Descriptions: 1. Generate new product plans, product concepts, target prices, target customers for the bakery segment. 2. Co-develop bakery products with bakery and pastry chefs and related departments. 3. Identify and coordinate for raw materials and packaging required for product development. 4. Oversee product costing to ensure proper cost control and targets. 5. Oversee raw material testing for alternative raw materials/replacement raw materials and approve new raw mat. 6. Oversee preparation and updates of related documents such as Product Specification Sheet, Product Manual, etc to meet audit requirements. 7. Plan and execute improvements toward existing products to enhance quality, reduce costs and eases operation. 8. Recyle waste products from manufacturing by delivering new concepts to utilize waste products. 9. Prepare product development plan and oversee new product launch work flow to ensure ontime launching and smooth operations. 10. Oversee removal of exisiting products through working with Planner and Sales Department. 11. Provide product related technical support to other team members where necessary.

Qualifications: 1. Female, Age 32-40 years. 2. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science or related field. 3. Experienced in managing R&D Department of a bakery business. 4. Good command in English. 5. Good computer operating skill in MS Office. 6. Strong personality with creativity, innovation, initiatives, positive thinking, and self-motivation. 7. Service minded, working as a team player, very good communication skills and good attitude.
