Responsible

- Generate product ideas and concepts.
- Develop new products and test new products.
- Source and coordinate with suppliers on specifications and requirements of materials,ingredients,products.
- Perform costing and pricing for new and existing products. Update and maintain food and beverage costs.
- Test materials, ingredients and products and keep records.
-Prepare related documents for products and manuals, BOM,MTR,MSR and notifications.
- Improve existing products to enhance quality, reduce costs, and eases operation.
- Maintain ISO documents for Research & Department.

More qualification

- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in food Science or related field.
- Good communication skills for both English and Thai.
- Good computer skill.
- Culinary skill is a plus.
