R&D Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Generate product ideas and concepts. - Develop new products and test new products. - Source and coordinate with suppliers on specifications and requirements of materials, ingredients, products - Perform costing and pricing for new and existing products. Update and maintain food and beverage costs. - Test materials, ingredients and products and keep records. - Prepare related documents for products and materials such as manuals, specifications and memos. - Improve existing products to enhance quality, reduce costs and eases operation. - Maintain ISO documents for Research & Development Department. - Perform Product Analysis to study product cycle and financial benefits. - Supervise other team members or team members on roles and functions of R&D and help coaching in techniques in product development such as testing and lab methods. - Responsible for supervising and training of product related matters.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age between 28 to 35 years old. Bachelor's Degree or Higher Degree in food Sciences or related field At least 3-7 years experienced in R&D of bakery bussiness. Direct experience in Food and Beverage industry is a key advantage. Good command in English. Good Attitude Good computer opereting skill in MS Office. Culinary skill is a plus. Strong personality with creative, initiative, positive thinking, self-motivated Service minded, working as a team player, very good communication skill and good attitude
