• Provide process instruction for manufacturing. • Runs evaluation as assigned by supervisor including data collection/analysis. • Follow up on all engineering issues as assigned. • Handle process improvement for ultimate yield & quality, less scrap and cycle time. • Conduct engineering change and evaluation. • Continues improvement and reduce return rate to meet the goals. • Transfer new products, process, tooling, equipment and technology as assigned by supervisor. • Know your customer’s expectations and drive section to meet them. • Develop subordinates for better knowledge and working abilities. • Provide accurate data/ report or recommendation to higher management if required. • Perform related work as assigned Responsibility

• Age not over 35 years old • Male/Female with Thai nationality • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering • 0-3 years experience if having skills in field of fiber optics is a plus • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical operators • Required good command of spoken and written English, second language especially Mandarin/Japanese will be an advantage • Proficient with Microsoft Offices
